Emergency Response Team is the division at Streets Of London which covers Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Hendon Training School. Boasting a large member base, and renowned for its high standards of realism, immersiveness and excellent development and progression opportunities, Emergency Response Teams was, and remains a key part of all Policing Members foundation. ERT officers have access to a whole host of training, resources and opportunities whilst in Emergency Response Team. From Advanced Driver training, to Taser Training and Public Order Training. Emergency Response Teams has access to a number of specialised vehicles ranging from Incident Response Vehicles to Q Cars, Advanced Area cars and Prisoner Transport Vans, whilst our specialist roles have access to Covert vehicles, minibuses and Officer Transport Carriers.
Met Operations 7 (MO7) consists of specialist trained officers in 6 departments: Dog Support Unit, Surge & Interceptors, Marine Policing Unit, Working at Heights, National Police Air Service and Territorial Support Group.
The Roads and Transport Policing Command (MO8) are responsible for preventing and deterring crime on London's road network, the busiest and most diverse network in the UK. Traffic Officers are given access to an extended policing tool-kit through training in advanced driving, specialist collision investigation and the use of many pieces of equipment such as high performance vehicles, ANPR systems and specialist roadside testing kits - as well as the knowledge to deal with complex traffic offences.
Mett Operations 12 (MO12) is managed by full time and retained members of Streets Of London RPC, they are essential to the running of patrols. They are responsible for the staffing of the control room, ensuring that jobs are dispatched correctly so that members of the public can be certain that they will get a police response when they need it the most.
Met Operations 19 (MO19) Firearms Command are the Metropolitan Police Service's first line of defence when battling the surge in gun and serious violence across the London boroughs. Using their training as Authorised Firearms Officers, MO19 crew Armed Response Vehicles on a daily basis to attend significant incicents relating to the use of firearms and dangerous instruments. MO19 also house specialist units such as Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection (PaDP), Royalty and Specialist Protection (RaSP), Specialist Operations Aviation Policing (SOAP) and Counter Terrorism Policing (CTSFO).
